Once an organisation gets onboarded as a client on the CotoPay dashboard, no KYC is needed for every employee. Our UPI-enabled vouchers are issued to every employee’s mobile number from the company's dashboard and vouchers show up on every employee’s existing UPI apps. This makes the onboarding process absolutely seamless for an employee to start doing their business spends on UPI!

Do users need to download any new app to make payments from these UPI vouchers?

No, you do not need to download a new app to start making payments through us. CotoPay’s UPI-enabled vouchers get issued to each employee’s mobile number which is already linked to their existing UPI apps already! This makes it easier for an employee to use their existing BHIM or GPay app to make these payments without downloading another app!

Where can we see these UPI vouchers on our UPI app?

Accepted Answer

Each beneficiary will get a notification that their company has issued vouchers to them. Once enabled, vouchers issued through CotoPay will automatically pop-up right below your Bank Account when you scan a relevant merchant's QR code. All you need to do is select the voucher and enter your Pin to complete the payment, just like you do for a UPI spend!

Is the payment through these UPI vouchers restricted to specific merchants?

Accepted Answer

No, a merchant need not be onboarded with CotoPay to accept payments which makes sure the merchant network is not limited for you to make your payments. With CotoPay’s UPI-enabled vouchers, employees can make payments on any of the existing official business QR codes already installed at all merchant outlets. For the merchants, it is a direct debit transaction being done so nothing changes for them!

Yes, CotoPay is a plug and play solution, which can be made compatible with any major HR solution provider or any individual company’s dashboard.
